A Triatomic Silicon(0) Cluster Stabilized by a Cyclic Alkyl(amino) Carbene
Abstract: More than six decades after the spectroscopic detection of the Si3 cluster, the stable and isolable carbene-stabilized triatomic silicon(0) cluster was isolated and characterized by single crystal X-ray structural investigations.
